@ViewtifulGlenn talk with the guy that sells you the armor and click on level rank, but yes you need guardian for 2 of the 3 powers

@AndreSanzJmnz no, you need gaurdian for 1 and 3 powers. I got the 1 power when I was a non guardian and it didn't work.

@caifrieza it makes your attacks a lot stronger but it also lowers bth by 10 i always use it because im a warrior leaning hybrid
