I Feel Gay Watching This Vid. The 3 Machine You Used When You Were Leaning Back And The Weights Were Coming Up, Dude You Are Using That Machine Wrong That Doesn't Work Nothing. You Sit Behind It And Lean Forward Like A Sit-Up But Have Resistance Of Weights When They Go Up..LOL..And You Don't Need To Be Flexing That Little As Arm. Benching And Ez Curls Are Where It's At. Actually Squats Are The Best!
dude you look way thinner than the undies vid. i lift reguler too but everbody say you need the meats and proteens to build mussle. are you goin vegan or something? i broke a nerve in my leff inner forearm/rist doing underhand pullups all the way down. you can probly feel the tension in this area when the arms are extended suchly. i gess it stretch too much and broke but no biggy. now i juss do palm facing n overhan pulls n curls. pce yo
