Everclear is a great band... they have a great sound and their songs tell great stories.

Hard to find that in a band. I realize theyve been around for awhile, but I still consider them a "newer" band, being that I grew up in the late 60s early 70s. Although I wouldnt call them a supergroup by any stretch, these guys compare to some of the great older bands in their style. Love em...

You're parents obviously aren't divorce. Or maybe you were the result of a one night stand and never knew them. You have no clue how much stress it puts on the kids. All of those sleepless nights, laying in bed crying, thinking about the memories you had as a family before your parents divorced, wishing you could relive those memories. It's assholes like you that cause all the pain and sorrow in our lives. You'll never understand.

I am the product of a BAD marriage... My mom stayed "for the kids" but we are all grown now and they are still in a bad marriage. My parents didn't do me or my sister and brother any favors by staying together. It actually did more harm than good. Staying together "for the kids" is a croc... If you can't fix things.. you need to walk away instead of raising kids in a battle zone!

@IowaGirl102780 I can relate. This was so many years ago, but people have told me it wasn't my problem, and it didn't have to do with me so i should just forget about it and move on. I guess they just don't understand that this kind of a thing leaves a sub-conscious scar on a young mind, it changes you later in life.
