Me parece, segun la experiencia tuya, q' el riesgo a que uno se somete, al comprar pipes pakis, solo vale la pena si uno tiene herramientos y tambien uno sabe usarlos. Por mi parte, consegui' un pipes de marca Dunbar por menos que $850, nuevos, y equipados con varios "upgrades". Los toque' en Irak, en el Indiana, y luego en el oeste de los EEUU, sin ningun problema con tanto cambio de clima.

I have bought a cheap pakistani bagpipe, because I love this instrument and I would play it, even if it isn' t tuned. In fact it sounds, but the tune is unknown, and the notes are wrong. I don' t care, because I am eighteen and I have other big ambitions, but in future I will buy a good and not fake bagpipe. How can I adjust the paki pipe?? just buying a new reed? help :)
WOW a cane drone reed, its been awhile since I have seen one of those lol. Have you tried the carbon fiber Kinnaird drone reeds? It took me a little while to get them set up but once I got em there they sound pretty close to cane. They lock in beautifully. Anyway props on making the paki pipes sound good!
well i have seen several sets of these pakistani made pipes, usually on sale for around £100 and that is the best sound iv heard out of any. so credit to the player. but my advice to anoyone is not to bother just bcoz they r cheap. go with a known scottish maker. for a set of reasonable pipes you wouldnt want to py less than 500. otherwise there is usually somethin wrong with them.
que basura más grande una palleta gallega "creo" en DO y la escocesa debería estar en Si b osea , estimado sin querer ofender pero la mierda aunque la pintes de oro siempre huele a lo mismo que esta hecha, simplemete una "gaita" no se i decirle asi Paki es una basura por si, es una estafa con la que muchos han caido, se de alguien que tubo que hacer mucho más que tu para que sonara como una real HBP y la verdad se gastó tanto que mejor era comprar un buen fabricante...
Mirá, las gaitas pakistani por acá son muy mal conceptuadas, pués siempre hacen un sonido raro cuando el aire ya esta por la mitad en el saco, como si fuera una vaca muriendose jaja.
Pero me parezce que la arreglaste muy bien...todavia sona como una tradicional gaita escocesa.
