okay you know what, ive been eating these everyday for the last two weeks straight, sometimes its all i eat in a day, and my stomach feels like theres a hole burnt in it but theyre so goooood
I highly recommend using a glass jar for storage; the food tends to draw or leach a certain taste from plastic containers and this doesnt happen when using those made of glass. Hope that helps x
Hello Neha, Nice recipe. and a nice grinder, can you please tell me the brand of the grinder and where did you get the one that you used to grind the spices.. Thanks...
"Also Known As" is very annoying!!!!!! other than that good recipe.

I bought a jar of Indian Pickles at a farmers market in Stonington Maine a few weeks ago. I'm now desperately trying to duplicate the recipe.
Although similar to the serrano peppers in this video, the pickles were in placed in oil. Any one out there know of such a recipe??

Never seen anything like this. I would use it in a meat and rice dish like a curry. I would like to try this with jalapenos.
