Mr Burns - Flawless
Smithers - Never heard him say "Fine and dandy", Flanders does that. He also sounds a bit more...nasal-y than he should
Dr. Hibbert - Almost there. Something I can't quite put my finger on.
Neo - As far as I can remember, he seemed to talk in a loud whisper (never used vocal cords?). You used yours.
Homer - Nothing like the original Homer
Can't be bothered commenting on the rest.
