i actually like the show. its pretty funny. if u actually REALLY watch the show she is the 1 who is dealing with her age after a divorce. 4 some tht mite be really terrifying to be newly divorce single and 40. Its called relating to the majority.

I am totally disgusted and insulted by Ms. Cox's/Ms. Cobb's pathetic stance on herself. Her character says "Do you know how scary it is to be a 40 year old single mom?" as if she would die without a man - WTF! She's in her prime! Probably pitched by the immature (maybe jealous) idiot that lives across the street, the one that thinks he's still cute... but is just as old and ugly! This is not entertainment, it's just a dumb boy's point of view.

i suppose programmes like these are trying to be empowering in a way, but unfortunately they end up reinforcing negative & derogatory new labels, such as 'milf' & 'cougar' - sucky!!

hmm so, ok, can we get a decent acronym for 'insecure man in midlife crisis with a porsche who has either left his wife for/or never been married & hits on younger chicks' ...cuz that's just abit of a mouthful.

i guess after 20yrs of marriage no matter how hot, there are bound to be insecurities.
