I like all of the animations and models but the biggest and probably the only problem I could find was the use of standard max objects. You should try doing everything by yourself from the ground up. I suggest you visit some 3d forums - I, for example, have joined sci-fi meshes and it really helped me achieve better results when working on everything from the scratch. You can check out my videos to see that I'm telling the truth :D Good luck on making new models and animations !
