I feel that this crime was atrocious and the man should be incarcerated. However, I feel that the punishment was extreme. Hell, child molesters, and even some murderers, receive a lesser sentence for their crimes. We must remember that this one incident does not reflect on the black race. You are a liar, your statistics are not substantiated. The FBI does not release statistics by race. Statistics turned in to the federal government routinely list mexicans as white, and there is also no way to filter that out. Also you apparently don't understand statistics anyway. Blacks only make up 14% of the american population, so if they commit 25% of all child abuse stats were perpetrated by blacks, per capita, that is a much higher rate than the population should allow.
