Cloud has 3-Dimensions, which would totally fuck Ichigo's shit up. Ichigo rarely even has 3 different frames to illustrate himself while Cloud typically has like, 60 FPS at any given time. Cloud would kick his ass before Ichigo had time to animate a response.

Actually ichigo has almost died trying to fight his opponents because of how much of a challenge they are, and if you incorporate spiritual pressure into the equation, then cloud would be glued to the floor and ichigo would have an easy kill. not to mention not having to use his bankai against cloud.
