I've found a product that I really enjoy. In my ongoing search for perfect cheese, I've encountered Cabot Cheese of Vermont. They have a product that's just like sprinkling Kraft mac 'n cheese on your food. For some reason, when you click on "quality products" it doesn't come up. You have to then click on "other products." They call it Cheddar Powder. I call it a crack gang-bang in my mouth. A Serving Size is 2 tsp, like what, a tablespoon crosses the line? Try it.
