You don't need to supplement. It is supply and demand so if you supplement you can cause your milk supply to decrease. Please don't use bottles or pacifiers for at least 6 weeks to prevent nipple confusion and to give your body time to develop an adequate milk supply.
I breastfed my twins.. it wasn't easy at the start but in the end we got to 18 months!
