It is two and a half years since we visited Cidade de Goa but it was a beautiful hotel with really friendly staff. The "theme" evenings were great and the food ovrall was fantastic. The beach was not as nice as those in South Goa but you are really only a cab ride away from anywhere in Goa. Panjim is just fifteen to twenty minutes away and Anjuna less than an hour.
