Wouldn't the centrifugal force of the club on the arms automatically straighten the arms out during the swing, assuming the arms/grip are relaxed?  I just can't see, given physics, how it would be possible to keep the arms bent during a proper, relaxed swing.

Thanks Paul, your time and effort is to be commended, I certainly have derived help with my golf swing through your video clips.

I play off an 8 handicap and I have had a bit of a struggle lately and I have been searching for a bit of help.

This particular two minute clip has been of tremendous help, I have connected this advice with my one piece takeaway.

I spent a couple of hours on the practice tee then took it to the golf course, that extension advice paid off and restored confidence !

Hello Paul, I feel that the arms extend a little bit more than the length that you hold them at during setup in the natural momemtum of the downswing. This has caused me to hit behind the ball on many occasions. Please clarify that point. SO I allways end up compensating for the micro extention by pulling up my arms a wee bit.
