Hey Penny! I think 80-10-10 has some great guidelines to offer! I take some of it's principles into acount when I work out my own diet strategy along with info from other raw gurus. I think it's best to create a diet that works for you out of bits and pieces of what resonates with you from all the awesome health advocates out there! :0)

What sold me is how clear everyones skin an eyes look that I watch on here in reguards to the raw food diet .

Great to hear! It's all about the improved health and the weight loss is a great added bonus! You are nothing without your health. It would be great if doctors prescibed raw foods instead of pills. It is so within all of our reach to have magnificent health. We just have to to get the word out. Who would of thought of the right foods being the answer to health. So love when people recover their health....it is so,so precious. Love to the Mom, just know her health is improving daily!
