The 'Locked' Emblem is actually an Emblem. I have no Idea how to unlock it but if anyone has any ideas please tell me.

@ImmobilizedLion it is the spinning 10th prestige emblem. You need to complete every prestige challenge at 10th prestige. This is both the prestige challenge category, and all the gun prestige challenges. Basically impossible to get.

how do u get those Tar-21 titles at 2:21 bcos i unlocked everything for the gun : 10/10 for attachments. 1000/1000 kills and 500/500 headshots but i still haven't unlocked it. Do i need to be prestiged? (lvl 62 haven't prestiged).

Yes, you do need to prestige to unlock any of the gun titles. Once you Prestige you unlock the challenges called

ex. TAR-21 Master TAR-21 Veteran

By completing these challenges you get the gun titles.

Like connor said "Schooled" is 1st pristige lvl 65, and "Friends with Benifits" my personal favorit =P you have to stick a semtex to a team mate and kill someone with it. kinda funny.

none. you get the gun titles when you get gun mastery. the one you get pertains to the level of prestige you are when u get it.

you actually get an emblem when you get 1000 kills with a weapon(after prestiging) but the 250 headshot gives you the one that is all silver and has a headshot sign. The 500 kils with a gun is the all silver title that says the gun name
