I traveled on a plane trip by myself for the first time when I was 13 as well...
From Houston IAH to Manila NAIA
Stop overs at Seattle and Tapei
Total Travel time: 21 hours
I was nervous and having fun at the same time :DD

i realize you posted this a long time ago but im nervous too. Im 13 traveling on an airplane for the first time ALONE and switching planes at Baltimore =/ Yikes! Well actually im really not that nervous lol more excited!!
