He says the skids, floor joists, and plywood flooring is pressure treated. The T1-11 is also pressure treated. I'm not sure is the bottom sole plate also needs to be PT if the plywood floor is.

Need some info in your description. Email/website would be nice. As well as pricing and whether or not they come prefab, shipping friendly, where you're located state-wise, etc.

Double top plate We build how you want & when you want it & YES Graceland stands behind their customers product warranty we offer the best!
if the roofs held snow good this would be a good pre-fab alaska cabin ,but the pitch just doesnt look steep enough for wet snow. and probably need a outhouse crapper too huh. well in alaska got make do with what you got.
Also i would like to add, that if the building is going to be lived in, it really need to have some kind of small chicken wire fence stapled onto the bottom to keep the rodents out, they do come, and they do get in. FYI for anyone who wants one. Better to build a foundation first though. Seems like if anyone was going to build these things to be lived in, they would offer these suggestions.
@molemanlivesagain people do live in these. just bring them up to code for the area you live in and you're set. there are a whole lot of builders out there and i'm sure many are well built too but having sold these for some time, i know the quality of the graceland buildings. when you get out, get in touch at gracelandofcolumbia
@ocrider69 A fair price range for a Shed like this (Short of being a Cabin ) is around 2500 to 3000. I bet these guys want 3X that much. Alittle More if you want too upgrade to a Cabin after you buy it.
I can tell u are no professional builder or know anymore than what the Graceland company told u about their buildings.
BTW what a P.O.S building.. I noticed that there is no roof strapping, your bottom plate untreated, the extrior is only treated with a thompson water seal (NOT PRESSURE TREATED LIKE U STATED) which means as an owner they will have to re-coat every few years, lets not forget the T-111 with deep grooves moisutre will seperate the board.
We thank you for taking the time to view our videos. Your comments are very much appreciated. However, we stand behind our claims and we maintain that our buildings are the best built buildings on the market. We have thousands of satisfied customers who have enjoyed their quality built buildings. Once again, thank you for viewing our videos and for your comments.
@ezfelon bottom plate (footer) needs to be treated and have a barrier such as a plastic barrier onto concrete here due to moisture. Depends on this guys foundation, if its raised then his plan is ok but I would have pressure treated 2X6 underneath in that case. Termites are everywhere in the south. Then the pressure treated has to be PWF due to the higher standards and bug and moisture resistance. I think this is more a fancy shed than a cabin personally.

I would also brace the trusses.
