So far, best how-to I've watched. I saw these vinyl bowls in a gift shop once, and wondered how to make one! I don't have vinyl laying around the house, but I did just place an order for a couple of my favorite albums. A couple friends of mine are DJ's and would probably shit a brick if they knew what I was up to! Thanks for the how-to, and I'll have to check back and let you know how I did.
@thman1234 Well what about when they cant be played or it is some type of music that would have been better never having been recorded. Like i said before i have large collection that i still listen to and i treat them like gold but somethings are better as something else.
@reptilecreation i would prefer if you would show some respect to rare collectable vinyl which will never be pressed again! if thats what you think of vinyl,you should give it to someone who would appreachate it instead of doing the bollox with it! thats an absolute disgrace and they should bring in a law which allows guys like you to be prosecuted for not having any respect for rare vinyl.vinyl was made to make music;not to eat cornflakes out of!
@fergusil I have a large collection of rare vinyl that i listen to on a regular basis but if you think i should keep every god awful peice of music that has been put on a peice of plastic where are all your 8 tracks and casette tapes. I think people with verbal diareah like yourself should stop and think before they talk.
@reptilecreation at least i dont turn something thats worth alot of money into diareah! i promise you,in 20yrs time or at some point in your life youre gonna end up being desprate for cash!and youll wish you havent messed up those vinyls so you could sell them to make ends meet! you dont know it now-but mark my word, you will!....when you get to be as old and as broke as i am.
@fergusil Im sorry but i will never be so desperate for money that i need to sell off my own things to pay the bills. Life is about choices and I have lived off next to nothing in the past, its easy when you make certain choices. Alot of old scratched records arent worth the materials they are made from and when i take them and turn them into something new the value is increased exponentialy, i then can sell them individualy for what the hole stack cost me. Dont tell me how poor i will be.
