Have you seen this video "Discovery Health's "Mystery Diagnosis": RSD (Part 2 of 2)". It's about Cynthia Toussaint and her doctor Edward Carden. It tells about people getting treated successfully. They use anti-seizure meds to stop the pain loop. He said it's standard treatment.
