I dont think it has much in common with the Boss CE-2 sound wise.
I have this danelectro pedal and I have never found a chorus pedal with the same range or scope ,the cc-1 has a unique curve and texture to the sweep . It sounds 3D even tho its mono but sorry to say that I think its an unreliable pedal . Mine started to clip almost straight out of the box & now it cuts out after only a few minutes of playing .
Im looking for a more reliable pedal that sounds as good .

This is a clone of the CE-2 I believe, so thats why it is DAMN good for the money.

Yup pretty cool pedal. Still not half as good as the JC's chorus and even with the tweakability I had to sell it.
