Yes, 1111 is a dumb password. Does however work well as a temporary for an instructional video. I've since changed it to 2222. Much more secure.

The second one shown is actually my original first generation 360 which has some nice mods, but due to an unforseen fan voltage differance, is banned on xbox live. I use it primarly for system link parties.
