    I used to love broccoli, and i didn't eat it raw for about 5 years. I reached for it about a month ago and gaged, I couldn't even force myself to eat it. -but I LOVE spinach so i still get my greens in :)

  • Eeeek!! I binged from 900 calories approx a day to 1700!!! I'm currently drinking water and hanging my legs, I binged for my mum's 50th today, cake and indian and donuts :)

  • Wow!! I can't wait until I get as much control on my food as you have, twice a year is fantastic!!

    I have binged about 2.5 times (the .5 because I cut it short quick), in the space of 3 months. (But my binges aren't out of control, they are when I eat over my calorie limit).

  • This is a interesting tipp concerning uplifting the feet, because when i dont feel well, my knees feel "weird".. i definitely try this, thank you! :) i have one question too.. jenny what you use as an "late-evening-snack"? during the day i have a lot to do, but in the evening, when i try to relax, i am gettin so hungry (but i eat 6 meals during the day..but i am still hungry) :)

  • i defo agree with going out of ur comfort zone and trying differnt things as when i was a kid i HATED veggies but now i eat brocoli and carrots and everythin lol

  • Summary: Replace all the carbohydrate mass carriers, namely all that is produced from cereals, and replace these by tons of vegetables that these provide plenty of potassium ion. Prepare them without salt, and add salt in the last place, so you will need less. Drink water regularly, every hour or even more frequently. NOT one litre on one occasion.
