This clip was labeled as being the "...new officer assist emergency tone..." however, as the term NEW is a relative one, how 'bout some corresponding chronology?-- I'm unclear as-to whether this recorded earlier today, or back on February 16th, 1984. Wait... hang on: I'll bet it was during the early evening of the "12th of Never"(???!!!)
