im sorry but MTX is awesome. they have some of the best SQ for the dollar around. i bought 2 10s and a thunder TC enclosure and i have it hooked up to a 1600W lanzar heritage amp (before i get flamed i know lanzar isnt the best quality so fuck off) it knocked the shit out of my buddys 2 12 kenwoods running 1200w so :p
check out my mtx sound system it will rape any kicker L7 or even the JL audio 13.5 w7 and its also in a sealed enclosure i could get up to 6db more on each sub if it was in a vented enclosure but had to get the sealed because vented would not fit in the trunk.i previously owned 2 kicker L7 with a kicker kx 2500.1 amp. kicker L7 subwoofer tore from the voice coil and kicker amp blew up a few months later.thats kicker quality for you.i have had my mtx for over 1 year and its still pounding

Can you even tell what sub i have in the video? there is no way it would compare to yours. im talking a single 12" sub that costs $50. ur talking a system that runs in the thousands. How low and how hard a sub hits depends mostly on the enclosure and xmax, Fs and spl, not on the watts. get ur facts straight boob.
dude u are a n00b....it also depends on how well u install it too....the right wires....you want a certain resistance so that the bass will hit harder....ur subs look like the thunder series which all rednecks use for their country and classic rock music....if u dont wanna spend too much and u listen to rap music, get the memphis pr12d4's they are great for 90 bucks, and a mtx amp, ull only be spending around 200 bucks for a WAAAAAAYYY better system.....and yea mine was around $1750
and duh ohms law proves lower resistance = more power (hence more bass). lemme throw this at you: 8 ga fosgate power wire, 8 ga jl audio ground, fosgate connectors and a capacitor/volt stabilizer (and yes i wired it right, parallel with seperate grounds), so the wirings all good.
BTW, what kind of redneck is smart enough to put in a sub? its the ricers you gotta be worried about.
