Instead of making a playlist of all your songs you could go to file>libray>back up to disc. It makes things a little easier!

my ipod recently crashed. is there any way to put my songs stored on my external hard drive onto my ipod without restoring them to my computer hard drive, because my computer hard drive wont fit all of my previous music i backed up and the deleted off my computer.
