I think you have to be a bit emotionally immature to think she is dissign her ex, in fact I think it's clearly her taking the blame for all the things she did wrong in the relationship, which is emotionally mature. Although of course that is not to say the other person wasn't to blame too. I don't see this as a bitter song at all. It shows the complexities of relationships and makes for a deep song of reflection.
