If you knew ANYTHING about it, then first of all, you'd know without a shadow of a doubt that wu shu trickers are the most agile and capable of all of them in general, not to mention that the Butterfly Kick is a wu shu move. Secondly, the XMA aspect of "tricking" does not mean that it is "Americanized," wtf? You do tricks in every kind of extreme sport in existence. I see some awesome trickers in this video.

@n009135 I won't deny alot of that just looks like gymnastics but really man I did do Tae Kwon Do a bit in my childhood and they don't really teach you just purely how to fight rather than the forms to help you discipline yourself, However they do teach you how to take those forms and use them to defend yourself then again I was taught at a community center though but a lot of flexibility and leg strength go into it I definently wouldn't want to be kicked by them

Umm, This is not Wushu and not at all Kung Fu. This is an Americanised sub version of Karate called Martial Art Tricking. Please dont confused this with Wushu

bottom line you can use anything to your advantage in a fight period, you could be dodging faking feinting striking with illusionary techniques or whatever. if you can do a triple back-flip of of one leg how powerful do you think one kick from that very leg would be, if you can move that quickly with aerial strike how EASY is it to dogde? hello if the momentum fro any of those moves hit you its K.O. physical fitness is the key
