Liked this epilogue, was a good 10 hour of extra gameplay. Star Dragon was a pushover though, but it was more of a bonus. Real last boss is Zophar, hes hard.

I always thought the Saturn version had slightly better sound than the PS1 version. But man is Lunar the best RPG series, it always occupied more of my time than any other game series.

Well, that would be because, like the SCD original, the game audio was stored as PCM files, whereas the PS version merely stored sequenced audio (XA files).

Its the star dragon which is the end boss in the epilogue(after you finish the main quest). It is the true end boss of the game.

I was quite happy they put in the epilogue. I was kinda pissed it just ended like that. Then i shit happiness when i found out there was the mini quest at the end to reunite the two of them.

Half-yes, half-no. This is the final boss of the epilogue, so it's the last boss before the REAL ending. Before you can even access the epilogue, there's the "main game", which of course has Zophar as the final boss. So it's really debatable what you consider to be the final boss, but in a way, they're BOTH final bosses.

This isn't the Sega Saturn version.... this is the PS remake. The SS version has Star Sentry, a humanoid warrior as the guardian of the Blue Sphere......... Not Star Dragon.
