This album was good, but not my favourite, more progressive less heavy stuff like "New World Order and "The Celestine Prophecy" are much better, IMO. And if u like these guys you should check out bands like Circus Maximus, really cool S***t.

For me Pagans Mind is Powermetal with progressive Elements

Real Progressive Metal are the First 2 Pain of Salvation CDs

Dream Theater, Spastik Ink, Freak Kitchen.

Odd Time Signatures and great guitar work is not = Progressive

Metal

the reviewers say the same they make a Power Metal

Prog Mix

they gave them 9 / 15 Points for Gods Equation

But they are real hard critics they only give Dream Theater

and Pain of Salvation 13 to 15 points

So after all Pagans Mind are Prog Metal :)

The guitar pro files I have on my pc are all tuned in E a d g b e, those are Aegean Shores, Dreamscape Lucidity, Through Osiris´ Eyes. But all those 3 songs are from the Celestial Entrance album. So they can have tuned it down in later albums for all I know. Hope it helped a little. =)
