This helped a lot, maybe I'll do it again in the evening :) so, do you reckon the pressure on the point on the forehead or the breathing has the relaxing effect?? (I'm just curious) Because I did this excercise in a yoga class before, just without pressing the forehead. ~Emily
I think that it is mainly the breathing that induces the relaxation. The pressure point is pressing upon your third eye so helps to clear this chakra. I find that having the finger there helps to stabilise the hand and therefore the mind.
well apparently this doesnt help with bad mushroom trips.

i was suddenly stricken
