This is a stupid bottle idea anyone with experience of using plastic bottles for fitness should know that after wear and tear they leak from the top when your shaking them and especially if its a sticky energizer powder .This bottle will be a disaster leaking from the bottom ,i was so pleased my favourite dragon Robert did not invest in this one
