The other problem with the Republicans is that they only care for themselves. They want Tax cuts for themselves. I think it's fair to say that, if you get money... odds are you're going to keep it for yourself or feel entitled that you deserve it. Much of the politicians, Democrats and Republicans, benefit from the Bush Tax Cuts if not all benefit. I can't see myself or anyone else that receives a payment from the government either save it or purchase something that they don't need....

While I am a liberal-leaning moderate I do not celebrate this self-destruction of the GOP. We need a minimum of two sides (I would prefer more but our system is simply not built to promote that). Even when I agree with one side 90% more then the other I still want that other side there to keep "my" side in check.
Since the GOP has taken to this "common folk" idealogy vs "elite" educated intellectual narrative, the debate has gotten stupid'er & stupid'er. (do not correct grammer please)
