I always thought putting liner on the "waterline" is dangerous and can spread bacteria? I never do it even though it looks cool. I do this makeup almost everyday.. since I was a teen looking at pix of Donna Mills! It never goes out of style.

I never now how to combine eyeshadows with different textures, like matte, satin, shimmer, glimmer, etc. It would really be great if you could do a tutorial that gives some guidelines. We can get Bourjois Cosmetics here in Italy, it is one of the products that they have here, but as for Bare Minerals, Stelia, and all those... ha ha, can not find them here at all. I do like the Bourjois Cosmentis, they are very nice... but I am a MAC girl at heart. ha ha.
