Avengers: Earth's mightiest heroes. Fairly Odd Parents. My life as a teenage robot. Spongebob. Samurai Jack. Futurama. Transformers (some new version). Just off the top of my head. Cartoons are very much alive for him. And for me too. Well some of them anyway. Obviously too old for spongebob but not for avengers etc

@Xylarxcode I've honestly not watched a modern cartoon for probably 7 or 8 years. I think anyone is allowed to look at their own generation of cartoons with rose colored glasses.

The point I'm making is that cartoons had a different feel back then than they do now. Inspector Gadget, Silverhawks, Ren & Stimpy, He-Man, etc. That was back before a cartoon had to make it through politically correct focus groups and demographic research and so forth. More creativity in my opinion.

We usually also only receive them much later than America making them much newer to us europeans then to Americans or Asians.
