Wow. To the very few people out there with a 4K native projector/display, this is what you need. There's such a limited amount of 4K material out there that's not just a lesser format unconverted (yes, HDMI handles this resolution fine, as long as you have a card in your computer that can output it...only a few I know of so far).

Using laptop with only two cores, but my GPU is probably doing all the processing. It handles well and looks beautiful. Makes me think, in a little bit more than a decade movie theatres are going to go out of business...

Their already loosing business because of on demand and Netflix, movies come out just a couple of weeks after they have in movies. Once big screens become insanely cheap, everyone is going to have better technology in their house, theatres wouldn't be able to catch up.

He is also working on a full time focusing set and end focus system. And they all use Quicktime to make the batch process their 4K videos

Otherwise the lenses are Leica Master Primes which cost about 3 hundred thousand a set.
