@ShooRaynerDrawing The pencil circle and the whole background I drew in Adobe Illustrator. It took me a few turns to get the circle in the right place. If you scale your window very narrow while looking at my Channel you'll see it stuff up, give you a better idea. I know you can do the same thing with the design of YouTube partner Channel pages as well.
