How do u change furniture/wall without pausing the game?

I do pause, you just have to be quick enough with the keys "p" and "v" (pause and video).

And how do u get the people to laugh and point?

The First time, I made one throws each other food, so they laugh and point.

The Second time, they just laughed by themselves. They did because Sophie felt down while she was dancing.
