I am wanting to purchase a mat for working. I am a massage therapist and really want to move forward with this work. Please give suggestions on what I should use for proper thickness, etc.

Just to be clear. chi doesnt exist, acupuncture does nothing. its all placebo. It will make you feel better but it wont make you better. All touch is good except when catholic priests touch kids. They can make up all the fake facts about where chi is made and they can make up all the animations about chi flowing through the body but it is just like religion and god..it lives in the imagination. It doesnt do anything because it doesnt exist. Nice presentation though

@699backstab I understand that this is a free space to voice your opinions,but I would appreciate it if you did not degrade such belief systems with chi,God,or religions as simply a figment of the imagination.You may have your points of view but to say what many people across the globe and for that matter time,accept as truth is an illusion is a slap in the face to way of life which has helped many people in emotional and physical healing.I only suggest you keep you ideas to yourself thank you.

Your appreciation means nothing to me. You don't actually understand that I have and choose to exercise my freedom of speech by typing my comments here you just say you do. If you did, you would find it as reprehensible to suggest that I not use my right to speak freely considering the cost paid by men and women during 2 world wars as I do to receive the suggestion. All religion is a dangerous farce. It is a cancer of the Human spirit and should be a crime against Humanity.

@699backstab all I am asking is that you are respectful of others beliefs. It is words of hate between all races, religions, and other demographics that is truly a cancer to the human spirit . Just as you and I use the right to speak freely which has been fought for by the men and women in many different wars, they also fought for the right for the freedom to practice whatever religion we want. At least if you cannot be respectful of people, I ask you to be respectful of the USA's basic freedoms

i agree totally ... the lymph system depends on body movement to function. see medical charts of chi and it lines up with lymph nodes.

Interesting diagrams, chi theory is still sort of strange, but perhaps it correlates with some felt states of molecular or quantum fluctuations, who knows.
