Because every high school's musician suck into the jazz and the rock is the only way for them to look great in the music but they're not. they dont fuckig know that the jazz could be not perfect too
and the drummers timing sucks especially on the trading fours which is meant for jazz, not funk. BTW, the tenor is way too animated and shes not that good, who does she think she is, Coltrane himself
hey man i play jazz im just looking for some other young cats that have the talent that us NOLAians have, the only way to get better is by listening to other people and using their own lics
please, my jazz band has awesome soloists, our lead trombone, lead alto, bass player and 2nd trumpet all made it to all county jazz, not only that our ensemble sound is way better and our combo arranges its own charts except we try to stay as true to the original as possible, I'm the drummer in it as well as the drummer in the jazz band
I bet that tenor's the Cannonball one... black laq'ed? Are you kidding!? Go back to your whichever old sax you had... Unless you had that since the beginning... that would totally kill me... I liked the version of Mr. PC though... but the guitarist was prob'ly the only one with the skill to play it...
