  • This is awesome, it benefits everyone from your athletes to the combat soldier to the tactical operator.I've always been blessed with a strong neck which I needed in the gym,the ring & later on in life out in the field so I can't stress enough as to how important it is to strengthen this area.Two thumbs up Machine, I will definitely be using this DVD to augment my training in the future.

  • ive heard wrestlers will train 2x a day..if im lookin to get bigger neck, can i train 2x a day for my neck..

    I suppose you could but I suggest you train the neck 1xper day. After I'm done training I have no energy left to train the neck again as I incorporate high volume and low volume in the same workout.

    as of right now im only using 4 way neck..and after 3 sets all the way around, my neck is stiff as hell..seems like a short workout for neck but by neck cant seem to take more, b/c back inthe day i used to do lot of sets(like 10), but id always injure my neck..

  • @harmer1979 that stiffness is normal. As long as it is not Pain and only stiff then you should be good to go. This should start to pass around the 2nd week of working your neck. You need to build up the proper endurance in the muscle and then this should subside. Thanks for the comment. Keep the Faith.
