is it bad that i wanted to see that band snap? btw its really easy to do all you have to do is start out balncing on one arm then try lowering your boy weight slowly with a pillow under your knees so you dont fall as hard try that at least 10 times in the morning and 10 times at night. im a 15 year old girl and i can do this. my nmber one tip is dont give up on yourself you can do anything with the right mind set. good luck i hope you acomplis your goal!!!!

@angrypunkjunkie yup, the farther apart they are the easier it is. ideally you would have your ankles crossed, as this brings your legs to a focal point, maximizing the pressure on your arm.
What's the point of the band? You could just slowly increase the weight on one arm whilst doing normal push ups, that way you can get it right on your limit and improve that way.
@Lights0ut1109 Make videos showing us that you can do all of that. No one's going to believe something like what you said without any visual proof. I could say that I can do 7 one-finger push ups, bench press 428 lbs., and leg press 715 lbs. It doesn't mean I can do all of that by just saying it. When you say you can do something as big as what you're saying, you're not going to be believed without providing proof. If you can and you're not going to prove it, it's better to not say anything.

@Lights0ut1109 Thanks man, It took me many years. I started working out in 2007. I did about 2,000 regular push-ups per week. Then advanced to one-hand pushups. I tied a 20lb weight to my back and could do only 6 of them. When I took the weight off I was able to do 15. I was able to keep building from 15 to 40 to 60 to 85 then 97 over the years. Just stayed focused and determined every day. I had a positive outlook on life which was the biggest help for me.
There's that question that I wanted to ask you. Do you recommend any supplements to get along with training, or is it just organized eating and sleep?

creatine should be taken post wokout, natural creatine stores are low at this point so makes sence to replenish them and yess is completley fine to stack it with whey my p.w shake is 30g whey + 5g creatine + 60g dextrose
@pgold50 I suggest you to take 5g before and 5 after, it doesn't mind if you take it with your protein shake. You have to take it with something sweet but not acid. And don't forget to drink a lot of water (about 3L per day). Hope this helps.

I weigh i 150. i got on push up stance on the scale and i weighed 100 so i figure full body weight push up you should add 50 pounds. so much harder for one handed.
@Rockjimmy7, you want bigger arms? Do tricep exercises like close grip pushes, triceps are 2/3 of the arm and get you stronger and make your arm look way better.

I'd like that as well though there really is no single best exercise. To get results one must employ several.
I do standard pull - chin ups and plain old dumbell - barbell curls.
Kind of boring but effective. It's hard to improve on what's simple and just works well. Any other take on this?
