Wow chuckmlowe you need to go back and check your history books. Admiral Zumwalt was sold a bill of goods by the companies promoting agent orange. He was lied to. Admiral Zumwalt was pressured by these companies to "Save His Son's Life" by using these chemicals. Admiral Zumwalt also founded the US NAVY Ombudsman program after vietnam because he did not like the way his Navy families were treated .... you must have read some idiots account of history, there are alot of them !!

His prescience is only surpassed by his hypocrisy and bull headedness. Dude your children and grandchildren suffered and died from Agent Orange, and your predictions and concerns were boilerplate right wing stupidity. Youd died with your boots oin your mouth.
Still, my dad too was at Leyte Gulf, and, your courage was never in question.
Failed and stupid policy wonk hanger on.
