Is it possible to get mods that were made for PC versions of a game and put them onto the console versions of the game? Since both games are the same codewise? (I would assume)

I am trying to mod nazi zombies on CoD WaW and am using a transfer cable and xport 360 on windows xp. Ive tried every version of Xport and Xplorer and the closest ive gotten is opening partitions 3 but then the content folder is empty. plz helpz k thx lol
