This is terrible.And i know this is kind of off topic but yesterday i learned that most of the meat companies that claim their animals are free range are lying. If they let them out of their cage right before they die then they are able to say that the animals are free range because the animals got to get out of their cage, and at those companies the animals walk in feces and often die of extreme panic attacks. stay away from lancome, loreal, dove, and many more. go to peta.org to learn more

Cell cultures, stem cells, in vitro possibly (its in an experimental stage), and genetic understanding offer us other alternatives now. 50 years ago it could be a debate if this was the most accurate testing for products. However, now its become outdated, and its used to cover companies when their product fails. (Since animals aren't accurate models of the human). They blame it on the tests.

This is no longer the most accurate measure and therefore an obselete practice.

@DustDevil79 If you need a logical approach, its an outdated practive used a shield in legalites. Companies use it as a cover for when someone sues them over the product. They then blame it on the testing process, saying that it was fine on the animal.

In reality, they modern era has brought us the accurate measures of cell cultures, eye banks, stem cell (no it doesnt kill babies), and in vitro. That's the bigger picture.

And slavery used to be a fact of life. Then people changed it.

PLEASE READ THIS. The claims in this video are utterly false. In terms of internal anatomy (except the resp. system) and physiology mice are almost identical to human. For example, me being a vegan not only benefits the welfare of animals, but it also helps to reduce human starvation. All those grains and soybeans that are used to feed livestock could be used to feed humans instead. You can feed a lot more people by eating the plant foods directly than you an by eating the animals that eat them.
