Its all about expresion some dj's scratch some blend and mix, and for some its all about track selection so you really cant compare apples to oranges>

I don´t see greatinovations on eletronic music cenario since 2000. you can scratch and use some dj´s tecnics with house or classical trance too. My opinion 4x4 beats don´t allow you show great skiils mixing. for most cases dj´s just pass a music from another. I see some dj´s mixing electro house, trance and brazilian funk for example i don´t see any more great tecnics and poor skills. The sentense is just a reference of Egyptian Lover electro visonary inovations at 80´s.

Armin for example released a track with breakbeats on my opinion it´s great. comercial eletronic music is repetitive and don´t make great inovations. Anyone can produce with only a computer most famous dj have some great quality equipament and good singers i don´t have anyting just only a old pc and i think back to produce new tracks becase music market is saturated need inovations.Many friends producing great trance tracks like KLF some ebands and projects no have space on this market.
