That is a Kraken as they defined in wow until cataclysm they named what was supposed to be a actual Kraken a Leviathan which we all love Ozumat, obviously he is a actual Kraken but no they keep classifying him as a leviathan

@MsA309 This particular one is found in a quest in southern Dragon Blight (Northrend) on one of the kalu'ak chains there, there is also another blue-greenish version for another kalu'ak quest in Borean Thundra in the southeastern ocean for the chain where you fight the vrykul and I'm pretty sure there's a few others out there in various other continents...

@Excellerators Oacha'Noa is found at "The Briny Pinnacle" in Dragonblight but no you cannot randomly find her as a rare and kill her. Oacha'Noa is part of the quest Conversing With the Depths. I hope this helps. :)
