hey whats up man stang sounds great. i got an 02 gt with lm1s and o/r x but its not loud or deep enough. do the shorties make it louder or deeper? urs sounds kinda deep and i like it.
i really didnt notice a "sound" difference when the header went on, but as far as performance, i could tell. You definetly can tell that there are headers in the car at somewhat lower RPM's just cause it has a different sound, cant really describe it. If you want sound and are not on a budget i would get LT headers, the reason i didnt want them is cause i already somewhat scrape my cats when there is ppl in my car, and LT's would be really bad since it would lower the cats and such.
i never heard of someone making the slp a turndown or cutoff which ever u go by but usualy when u do it it will make it alot deeper. i had flowmaster super40s on mine and didnt like the way it sounded with the tips so i cut the tips off right at the muffler.. its hella loud in the cab bc the angle of the cut but if u were to turn the pipes down it should get pretty deep. ( should sound like the 87-93 mustangs just with slp) im thinking about doingit myself)
Sounds great dude, I was wondering how loud your car was when you are cruising or DD. I have the same set up you have but a flowmaster Super 40 CB, I'm thinking of switching over to SLP I just don't know if I should go with lm1 or lm2's. Lil help I'd appreciate it, check my vids out if you want.
with the mach 460 sound, u really cant hear it. u dont notice how loud it actually is in the cabin. however if u open up the window it def gets loud. but its not bad at all in the highway. lm2 sound nice too but i just like the aggresiveness of the lm1 and shear loudness. hope that helps
yea its a good set up, i think it sounds better with bassani xpipe. my buddy has that set up. ill make a video later on so u can see that its not loud inside the cabin, just out.
sweet but in the next video rev a little bit higher

@DammitJJ shorties make the louder, but Lt's add more power. Shorties are also alot easier to install.
