If only 0.55% users have had this issue why did Apple hold a large press conference? I feel a much higher percentage was affected but didn't probably call Apple support because they hate calling call centers over seas.

They are literally just covering up the problem. But the biggest problem is YOU HAVE TO USE THE CASE you don't have the option I think if they wanted it fixed they should have made the phone with "bumpers" that can't be removed

I have My iPhone 4 + My wife olmost 1 mount (two Iphone's) and We dont hawe any drops calls with case or not & no problems with new iphone 4 (Florida area) I LOVE my iphone 4!!! Apple is the best !!! Protect yous's divice's with bumper or any case for thous who hawe problems help's with reception ! Free bumper Yeah!

Great video. But I know for a fact that apple haters will have a good time poking at apple. They're gonna call apple cheap for not repairing or recalling and also for tricking users into thinking that this "bumper" is a really expensive product which they'll get for free. For all I care I'm pretty sure it costs them 10 cents to make the bumper.
