  • This guy's technique is brilliant! Fantastic posture, neutral pelvis, using leg drive instead of hip thrust that puts undue strain on the back, great squat placement, isolating his shoulder so the traps don't lift in the press... I don't understand how anyone could find fault with him.

  • I agree with "imsyrange". This guys technique is a horrible example. He's using almost no hip drive whatsoever. If you're going to the use this workout, learn the movements somewhere else. Any of the RKC instructors would be a good start.

  • I'm going to give this a try! The exercises seem very well selected, and complimentary! Thanks for posting!

  • Can these work outs be done everyday?

  • Hi! Have you tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

  • To lose weight is not an easy job, and this video provides me something very useful.

  • His technique is awful

  • awesome...how much weight should I use? doing weight watchers and light cardio...want to drop 70 lbs in 6-7 months.....

  • i found alot of simple error in the techniques... who was the presenter and is he certified in kettle bell training/coaching (rhetorical question, obviously he is not)?

  • do jerks instead of presses if you want cardio

  • 2:20 is killer -_-

  • Different technique. Not traditional.

  • I have a video explaining the benefits of kettlebell workouts on my page! I'm also starting a body transformation series and hope to inspire a few people...Go check it out!

  • This was a very useful video. Thanks for posting! I really was in need of some different exercises using the kettlebell,GREAT!

  • @mira786u It's WeightLossAction.Info that's the reason for my thinner body, I loss alot of weight in ust 2 weeks because of this.

  • Check out Pavels "The Naked Warrior" book. Explains how to gain in-human strength Fast! Testimonials are unbelievable, The "Pistols" and "One-arm, One Leg" push ups are all you need! Your body-weight provides all the resistance. I follow the book, and Kettlebell workouts, with amazing results.

  • Whats KG weight is a good starting weight? I'm 5ft 7 about 12stone. Also I guess that there must be a method of tensing against the momentum right?

  • im intrigued by kettlebells...im scratching my money together to get me a nice set and then off i go on my way "to be a better woman" as pavel says LOL.

  • what i don't understand is that when i was using free weights my trainers said to have a good form, you can't rock your body, like using momentum to cheat. But most of the kettle bell routine involves using momentum.

  • @madnessdexter For isometric exercises, using momentum or other parts of the body would be like cheating. Kettlebell isn't isometric, it's full body functional strength. Of course, I barely know what I'm talking about, so consider that my best guess.

  • @madnessdexter Well the thing with kettlebells is its also giving you a cardio work-out. If you are constantly moving, and tossing the bell around then your burning cals and toning the muscle. You should check out Pavels "The Naked Warrior". read the book and it explains.

  • hey hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin lost a lot of weight with it.

  • Goddamn your diet must be intense too

  • I think a long kettlebell swing session would also do the job.

  • this was my first kettlebell workout. honestly didn't think they would work this well but shit! amazing

  • @gnarly79 did it really work?

  • @mozee93 Well I only started 3 weeks ago but already lost 8kg and finally loosing my stomach fat

  • hey dude licking the routine ive been doing them at my boxing gym but our trainer lacks creativity, im using a 16 kg rughly how many reps shud i look to be doing? i work soooo much better to a target

  • I like this workout a lot. Thanks.

  • How many times a week do you do this routine?

  • @MaskedEagle1 7 times 2 get ripped abs i got 2 own kettlebells too!!

  • If you're going to do this exercise, find a certified kettlebell instructor in your area. This guy's swings are terrible. It's actually what my swings looked like until I....you guessed it....went to a certified kettlebell instructor.

  • You lost 45kgs in 3 months with this Barbie-style size of a kettlebell? C'mon.

  • Am I the only one who thinks this guy's 2-handed swing technique needs some work? Looks like he learned from Jillian Michaels.

  • you look like a bug

  • Looks like you really only need one or two kettelbells to do these excercises. And when you get to the point of needing heavier to keep progressing, you can give the lighter ones you no longer need to your fat relatives for Christmas.

  • @pcollenYT lol

  • @pcollenYT But I don't have enough kettlebells for all of my relatives lol.

  • @pcollenYT Okay, that made me laugh! Thanks!

  • Thanx!!!!!

  • I tell you the secret free is called DIET PILLS haha

  • What if i hit my balls in the first exercise?

  • @XxDeathChoicexX than ask ure girlfriend too suck on them

  • Ive been trying this routine and its a killer but feels good after you done it.

  • Where can i buy a Kettlebell i live in germany :/

  • A friend and I modified this workout into specific reps. Usually around the 20 rep mark or 10 if working opposing sides. We'd then go through it twice non-stop using the 24kg KB. Needless to say, it's an absolute puker.

  • @Usag1Yoj1mbo 24kg omg im only using 16kg in the gym and a 13kg at home, im ok doing the routine once, starting the second im feeling it, esp in the military press and squat and press.

  • @bull1ttproof . Yeah mate, the squat and press second time round is an absolute killer!

  • would have been usefull to put the names of the excercises on the vid

  • @bull1ttproof ......Here are the exercises. There are probably different names for some, but it's in writing now :)

    1. Two handed swing

    2. One arm military press

    3. Single KB squat

    4. Modified one arm swing (not sure exactly the name)

    5. Diamond push-up on KB

    6. One arm swing with switch grab

    7. One arm squat to press

    8. Two handed KB crunch

  • @moelicious1 nice thanks, i did sort of know a few of them and just made up the rest lol, i have been doing kettlebells for 6 months i lost 35lbs but need a good routine, this might be it thanks :)

  • @bull1ttproof That's great! 35lbs. Keep up the hard work! I went through this routine twice, followed by a 4 mile run. I felt that in the morning :)

  • @moelicious1 OMG forget the 4 mile run ! lol

  • @moelicious1 the 4th exercise are called "high pulls" i believe !

  • @moelicious1 i changed excercise 6 to a figure 8 to hold cos im not confident i wont drop the kb,s lol

  • @moelicious1 . Number 4 is called a high pull but others have already mentioned that. If you like such circuits I also recommend the "kettlebell wrestling circuit" also on Youtube. Just ype that in and search for it and you'll find a clip with a guy in a yellow hoodie demonstrating the workout. If you don't know it and like it, let me know and I can pass on some reps that I do for it with a 32kg KB. It's a great anaerobic/cardio workout.

  • @Usag1Yoj1mbo I had thought of high pull after I had originally posted. I used to do high pulls with a barbell back when I was in college training for the hammer throw in track. Thanks for the circuit recommendation. That figure 8 exercise looks like it will take time for me to get down :) I do like the first exercise with the one arm swing and crawl.

  • @moelicious1 . Yeah mate, the figure 8 exercise involves a bit of confidence in your abilities in that you don't want to take out your knees! The first exercise, clean and crawl, is good as it really works your whole body. Plus, during the second round, it feels so damn hard!

  • If I tried that, I would slap myself in the nuts!

  • do you do 3 sets of each?

  • ok i take it this isn't ment for women :/ :P

  • @siodhfraG2 Yes it is, Tones your arms, legs, stomach and ass. And it also keeps your curves:) You won't build as much muscle as men do don't worry

  • once if it drops u gonna get fucked up

  • Great video. Dude has good form. Time for me to dust off mine !

  • TAP 4 RAPIDLY LMAOOO and look at the guy

  • yeah man this guy is very good! niice kettlebell exercises bro

  • It's all about that powerful, efficient hip extension. Good stuff!!! :)

  • 19 plp gain weight by watchin this

  • @MARZOSIRUS yea well he has kettlebell TRAINING we need weight loss

  • could this workout substitute for a Cardio workout? And would it be to "intense" 2x a week on my cardio workoutdays when im also doing the Bill Starrs 5x5 program?

    thx! :)

  • @MARZOSIRUS a lot*

  • Ha ha 3 months, I don't think so. However Kettlebells are excellent for a full body work out, but you still gotta sort your diet before you gonna rip those abs.

  • If you aint got kettle balls can you use a dumbell?

  • this exersize makes my laugh the way he does it

and yes i know i spelled exersize wrong but thats how i spell it

  • why do people think the public are stupid.....u dont look like that after 3 months....cop on will you.

  • his skind would be sagging all over if he'd lost that kind of weight in 3 months

  • FYI. This guy has really bad form. It's a GREAT workout, but learn a better swing form FIRST! Swings are not a squat move! It's very similar to the DEADLIFT

  • once i was doing this and i nut punched my self, that hurts-VERY

  • i lost 80 kg of fat,i got DIVORCED

  • lol the fat guy is not the same guy in the video. i love kettlebells tho!

  • this guy has a lot of kettle weights that's a lot of money laying there lol There something about these weights that feels different. They are easy and fun to workout with,

  • @BruceIsSoCool He might be in a gym, but yeah i noticed that too.. I Just bought one yesterday for $12.. it only 3kg but i don't want to get slim and toned and not really ripped

  • looks good ill try defo try this

  • Ok, my training partner & I switched our "Three sets of 40 on each arm" kettle workout to this 40 seconds on 20 seconds off routine shown here & love it. It's so much easier to keep track of the sets without having to count reps, just going for time. We even throw a few more exersizes not mentioned here into it & go for about 26 minutes, we are wasted at the end. Thanks for the advice.

  • Cool. Gonna try this one tomorrow.

  • @lst1195 same

  • 0:42 to 0:58 looks painful

  • what if i dont have a Kettlebell?

  • @JohnnyWorkout you can use the weigth of your own balls... like me ;-)

  • @JJC1984 Even better =)

  • @JohnnyWorkout buy them!

  • fuck kettle bells...u can do all these exercises with dumbells no difference..... what is the big hype?

  • @triznap dude, are you kidding me? try this workout but do it with a dumbell first and then rest for maybe 20 minutes and repeat with a kettlebell. you WILL tell the difference. good day sir.

  • @triznap agreed. in fact pull up and chin up are among the best.

  • @triznap lol :)

  • Who is the music by? love this tune and want to buy it

  • Do you repeat the circuit to complete 'one workout' and if so how, many times??? :-/

  • Do you repeat the circuit to complete 'one workout' and if so how, many times??? :-/

  • Get the two different weights. You will be able to do different exercises with different weights depending on your current strengths. And, of course, you're going to get stronger so after awhile, the 16 isn't going to have the same effect.

  • Im thinking of starting to exercise with Kettebells, but im low on money.

    Should i buy

    2x 16 kilo

    or

    1x 16 + 1x 24 kilo.

  • @sagehunter3 buy 1x 16 + 1x24 i´ve trained for 5 months now and i just love them!!!

  • I do pseudo kettle bell exercises (farmer burns dumbell swings) and I will vouch for the fact its a BITCH.

  • just kettles are not enough; the ancient Greeks combined cals with kettles, moreover their work out was simple, a lot of the exercises you see today have been added.

  • @pillsburydoughboy47 they are better than nothing, and while i dont use kbs exclusively i'd argue for a lot of people kbs alone will cover everything they need in a basic exercise routine.

also there really isnt much point in over romanticizing the ancient greeks, we dont know too much about their training and considerable advances have been made in exercise (even if stuff like the aerobics movement have hindered real fitness) and these on this vid aren't exactly over complex as it is

  • kettlebells, more like kettle-BALLS!!! LOLROFL

  • I sense some steroids here...guy could walk around with them, he would be ripped...for me sandbags are much better than CB...its just marketing: buy buy ! Thats Pavels philosophy...never trust a russian (serbian proverb)

  • @crnivepar sand bags are great but there is a lot you cant do with sandbags that you can with kettlebells. the swing being one and continuous motion another.

and its really not marketing, they are just brilliant all round strength endurance and cardio training, sandbags arent as versatile, but are good (although i only really have done the carry and clean and press with them)

this vid is just a naked ad and not too credible, but trust me kbs are absolutely brilliant and unique bits of equipment

  • Pavel is the best! We use these in one of our U.S. Marines training program. but all in all kettlebells are the best! you will be amazed at what they can do. semper fi

  • @sgtjoebear just thought I'd ask. What does semper fi mean?

  • people, if you want to do this right and have questions get any of Pavel's books. If you haven't trained under one of his certified people than getting his Enter The Kettebell is the only sure-fire way to know what to do and how to do it.

  • that fucking cameraman needs to step back a bit this video makes me nauseous

  • me too

  • Those look like two different guys for the before and after shot.

  • FOr more video's checkout my channel....

  • highly agree. pavel is best.

  • for the single arm exercises do you do 20 secs on each side or a full 40 on each side?

  • deceptive. he switches weights quite a lot in this video.

this is kind of gimickey to me. you want to keep it simple. presses followed by high rep pulls. that's about all you need to do.

  • wot size weight should i start with?

  • depends on what your physcial state is already, I would as brand new to weights and kettlebells 12kg, and then move up to the 16kg/20kg. You dont want to go to big to quickly as you will not be able to do the exercises with correct form and you wont get a lot of reps, which is the main part of a Kettlebell. Good form and high reps, works better than hour on the treadmill!!!

  • I agree, generally they say if you bench less than 200 pounds, go for a 16KG (35 pound) or less kettlebell. When you get used to the 16kg buy a second 16kg and do the workouts with 2, then move up... Safety first is the key. I like to use kettlebells in combination with traditional weight lifting. Kettlebells provide a great strength and cardio dimension to the overall routine.

  • YOUR HOT ;)

  • I know he is dont listen to big mouths good video and workouts im getting one kettlebells

  • dfsdfsdfsdfsdf

  • that claim like most is a load of rubbish that workout is easy if you want to lose weight the main thing is to change your diet 6 small meals a day no booze or burgers etc and a bit of exercise and plenty of sleep

  • Or rather, eat less move around more, number of feedings don't matter that much. But obviously the guy at little AND did kettlebell training which seems rather solid so ..

  • i just bought a 20lbs kettlebell today to help me lose weight..right now i weigh 200lbs my weight goal is 175lbs is 20lbs a good size kettlebell to use, since i already got it haha doesnt feel very heavy when i pick it up anyway

  • Probably depends on what you will do with it and how strong you are? I'd assume you could had picked up something heavier, like 16 kg or so, maybe 24.

  • Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO

    oh my god, lolbr/br/2:27-2:30 haahhahahhah

  • kettlebells seem great, but this video is too commercial for me.

  • If there is anyone who has shoulder problems from doing KB workouts for many years or is all of this advice based on theory? I think advice is great, but, I'd like to hear from someone who has actually experienced these problems before I subscribe to the idea that KB training can cause shoulder problems...or knee or back or anything else for that matter.

  • I am an exercise physiology student and I don't see why it would cause wear on the shoulder as long as proper form is followed. The shoulder is a swivel in kettlebell swings and little stress is actually applied to it. Additionally, the resistance training provided will increase the thickness and stability of the connective tissue.

  • those of you who do not understand kettlebells are just the uninformed majority! Shoulder problems my ass, advertisement my ass, good work com. morice

  • you mean work out is for secksays or non-secksays who want to be secksay

  • LOL

  • Just did my first KB workout ever and I did 2 sets of this with a 16kg. All I can say is wow.

  • You are destroying your shoulder joints!!! Believe me - as you age - you will suffer!

  • No!! That's the whole point of the kettlebell training. That unlike to gym work they dont damage your shoulders, since your shoulders are locked all the way through the excersise in the sockets, so they cannot be damaged.

I've experienced this myself, after a usual gym workout, I used to feel my shoulders but now, with the kettlebell workout, I dont feel anything bad with my shoulders, rather it fixes the shoulders

  • Kisfox: sure, at 24 yrs old, no problem but you ARE putting extreme pressure on the shoulders, cuffs, cartilidge, etc. Combine this with natural aging - you're paying a STEEP price - ask anyone with shoulder injuries. But hey, do your own research and then speak with a doctor. Don't say you haven't been warned!

  • I'm not saying that dumbells aren't good, but for a workout like this, you would not be getting as good of an effect.

  • Dumbells don't come close to compairing to kettlebells. With dumbells, the weight is evenly distributed on both sides of your hands. With kettlebells, its like swinging a cast iron bowling ball with a suitcase handle. It forces you to use a lot more stabilizer muscles, and a big gain in your grip strength.

  • im pressuming this is a pure advertisement for that weight thing...cos plain old dumbells would of worked a lot better for a majority of those exercises

  • This is good but these are rips from Arnel's (see fitnessvip) "I want Six Pack Abs" I even use some of his workouts but at least give him credit.

    Congrats on your transformation!

  • how much weight should the kettle ball be to look like you? And what kind of diet did you you?
